About Us

Eric started his carrier in Real Estate after graduating from college in 2002 with a Business Administration degree. Eric worked with smaller family-owned real estate companies based out of south Florida and eventually got involved with selling real estate for developers. Soon after the real estate market crashed in 2007 Eric started liquidating assets for developers that got stuck in the collapsed market. Eric was part of a team of agents that liquidated hundreds of condos in the Orlando and Tampa Bay areas including Harbor Club Condominiums in Palm Harbor. Eric had turned into a highly successful real estate agent and earned the highest designation in residential real estate, the coveted Certified Residential Specialist or CRS designation.  After falling in love in 2009 with his soon-to-be wife, Krystin, Eric ventured out into the regular real estate market and decided to stay in Palm Harbor, FL. With Krystin by his side, Eric started to become one of the top agents at his current brokerage reaching the "cappers" goal on his second year at Future Home Realty. Eric also liquidated REO's or repossessed properties for banks including Chase bank and Kondaur Capital. Always intrigued by what builders did for a living, Eric made it a goal to learn more about the construction side of real estate and in an effort to do so started investing in real estate, fixing the properties up and selling them for a profit. Eric eventually realized that in order to focus more time on learning the construction aspect of residential real estate he needed someone as driven as he was on his team. After attempting to partner up with other agents and not finding a right fit, Eric managed to convince his detail-oriented wife Krystin to quit her banking industry job and get her real estate license, lightening the load on Eric and allowing him to expand the business in other directions.

Eric and Krystin now run a very successful real estate operation including real estate sales, real estate property management and rentals, and real estate investments (property flipping and high ROI rental investments). Krystin now has the PSA certification (Pricing Strategy Analyst) which enhances skills in pricing, CMA's and working with appraisers, the SRS designation (Seller Representative Specialist) which maximizes her ability to assist owners sell their homes for top-dollar and has achieved the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) which is the second most difficult designation to achieve behind Eric's CRS designation. Eric is now also a Certified Residential Contractor and owns Coastal Property Renovations LLC (Lic # CRC1331249) along with his business partner.

I discovered a passion for real estate while in college, where I earned a degree in business administration. I got into real estate in 2002 in Miami, FL with the Keyes Company and later with Ocean View Int'l Realty.

In 2006, I was becoming one the top producers of the family-owned Real Estate company that I was working for at the time. My motivation and passion for real estate catapulted me to Project Sales Manager for several different developers in the Orlando and Tampa Bay areas. In early 2007, I moved to Palm Harbor, FL to take over the sales of a 272 condominium community. In 2009, three other associates and I teamed up to liquidate 198 condominiums in 3 short months. I still maintain my primary work area in Palm Harbor, FL where I specialize in all types of resdential sales, from bank owned houses to helping underwater home owners with their short sales and even multi-family commercial real estate.

Never satisfied with my current knowledge, I continue to study and learn real estate and business in general. I have earned residential real estate's highest and hardest designation, the Certified  Residential Specialist.  I was one of the first agents to be designated SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) by the National Association of Realtors. I am highly trained and educated. I use a combination of traditional methods mixed in with today's top technologies to sell your home or find you your ideal property.

I use my skills as a Certified Residential Contractor to help my buyer clients buy good solid homes. I also use my constructions knowledge and skills to help my sellers spruce up their properties and get top dollar for their homes. I currently have a program where I help you "flip" your existing home very affordably. I have a wide array of sub-contractors that give me special pricing as a contractor and when you list or buy a home through me I pass those savings on to you. Just in case you are wondering....besides being one of the top agents in Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Tarpon Spring, Oldsmar and Safety Harbor, I also own a construction company, Coastal Property Renovations LLC and have a state Certified License for Residential Contracting (Lic # CRC1331249)

I'm Krystin and I'm going into my 3rd year as a Realtor. I was helping my husband, Eric, in the office as his Transaction Coordinator for a few years prior to getting my own license, handling all the paperwork and behind-the-scenes action, but now I can help take our team to the next level! I started my Real Estate class on a Monday, passed the class test that Sunday, the state exam on Monday and was a licensed Realtor by Tuesday! Keeping with the tone of my life...fast-paced and motivated!

Now, just a little bit about myself...I was born in Orlando and grew up in the Dr. Phillip's area for 11 years, which is when my father's job took us to the other side of the world, Taipei, Taiwan! I went to an American private school there for about 3 years before moving back to Orlando. But only 9 months later I was on the move again! This time to Athens, Greece! I attended a British private school there for a few years then continued on to college for a year. That's when I had to move back to Florida again, but this time it was to Palm Harbor, FL. I have grown to love the easy going, laid back feeling of the Tampa Bay area and I've made my home here in Palm Harbor, FL. I am well versed at handling different cultures and a few of the countries I've been to include Taiwan, Thailand, Bali, Greece, Italy, Spain, Costa Rica....

At first, I started out as a cashier at Albertson's at the corner of Alderman Rd and US Hwy 19. I quickly moved up as a Front End Supervisor after a year, then to Assistant Manager after another year. I was in a Management training program through Albertson's in my sixth month of being an Assistant when I decided that this was not what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. So I got a job at Chase Bank thinking, 'that's a nice cooshy job with room to move'. Well, that wasn't my calling either! I stayed there for almost 6 years as a Teller before quitting to be a stay-at-home mom. Lord knows that gets to be a little much, pretty quick. So I started helping my husband in the office more and more until I decided to make this my career. This is what I wanted to do all along! I'm still young, so I've got plenty of time to make this life amazing and I know that with my husband and I working together, we will go far! My husband and I make a great team as he knows all about construction, and real estate but I bring a level of detail and timeliness. My theory is 'Why wait till later when it can be done now?!' That is what I bring to the table besides my winning attitude and so far it's improved our sales! That is exactly what was missing to take this team from very good to one of the greatest real estate teams in the Tampa Bay Area!
