Chase REO Offer Submission Instructions for Agents
To Submit an offer on a Chase Owned or serviced property
-
Offer must me submitted on the new Far/Bar contract with proof of funds or pre-qualification from Richard Smith(727)410-5451 richard.al.smith@chase.com
-
offer must be legible and can only be faxed once(email it to your client and have them fax it or scan it back to you). No Electronic Signatures (Sorry, I love electronic signatures and use them myself on private transactions but the bank does not allow for them)
-
Proof of escrow is required and must be a certified check within 24hrs of acceptance. Chase will designate what title company holds the escrow (Put to be determined by seller on the contract)
-
Chase will pay only up to maximum of 3% towards closing costs if negotiated in the final counter offer/addenda
-
Email all offers to Eric.Chavarria@gmail.com and please allow for up to 3 days for a responce (most properties must be on the market for at least 5 days before the bank approves an offer, Chase is pretty good about getting back in a timely manner but no promises)
-
If your offer is accepted I will send you Chase's special addenda that will supersede anything on the contract so make sure your buyer understands that. Please get the addenda back to me at my email above A.S.A.P. If a better offer comes in and I don't have your addenda I will present that offer and Chase Bank may take it.
Thank you for showing my listings!!
Have a fantastic Day!!!
