Alternatively, you can fill out the listing alerts form with your specific criteria and I will send you daily or weekly emails with properties matching your criteria! You may also request a free foreclosure list conveniently sent to your email daily, weekly or monthly! Are you looking for a particular subdivision? Send me a request for your own special link which will contain only properties in your specific subdivision or city, I will then email you this special link and post that link on my site for your convenient use.

It's definitely the right time to buy, with prices at a 10 year low, homes are affordable again, very affordable. Also, even though the mortgage market is tight, the rates are very low and are expected to stay under 6% until at least mid 2011 (see below for current mortgage rates). That means today's buyer can purchase a much nicer property than you could have 5 years ago.  It is a lot tougher to get a loan, but for those that could (the employed with credit scores over 620), what are you waiting for? In my primary market area, Palm Harbor, Dunedin & Tarpon Springs, I have noticed that prices have stabilized in the lower price ranges (under $200,000) and in some cases they are starting to slowly climb again. There is also a lower number of homes on the market and more buyers which will start driving prices upward soon. For those waiting for the bottom of the market, I think that moment is now and it may pass you by if you don't act soon.
